What the evidence shows

It has an approved indication overseas (a specific female sexual-dysfunction context) with supporting trials. That does not equate to general retail availability or broad use in Australia.

Safety & reported risks

Reported effects include nausea, flushing and blood-pressure changes. Unregulated online "PT-141" carries the usual identity and quality concerns.
